With gyms closing because of the covid-19 situation, we want you to have access to quality, effective exercise. Hence, we post new set of exercises every Monday. Also, please share them. HOW TO DO THE WORKOUT
Perform each of the 12 exercises for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest between. The intensity should hover around 8 on a scale of 1-10, making it feel unpleasant. The good news is, after seven minutes, you’re done.
