Today I want to talk about dry needling and how that can help with a lot of foot and ankle complains.
Now, as in Me’s video on plantar fasciitis, we regularly see that the calf is the main issue for plantar fasciitis. So one of the things that dry needling can do to help with that is to stimulate that calf muscle to get that tension to settle down in that calf. And subsequently, that takes a lot of the pressure out of that foot joint.
So if this sounds like you, and you could do with some needles, please feel free to contact us.
Plantar Fasciitis – Put Your Foot Down… Demand Relief
If you watched our last video, you’ll know that there are two types of plantar fasciitis. If you have been to other therapists, you’ll probably know that dry-needling (similar to acupuncture) can help.
BUT, if you are not getting huge relief in 4-5 sessions, then it’s time to ask why.
Dr. Tom Tang shows us how effective needling is when you treat BOTH the normal calf muscles AND Tibialis Posterior.
If you want rapid results for your foot / calf pain, then book an appointment with Dr. Tom Tang.
