A good massage is about finding all those sore spots. The magic is having the right technique which melts muscles under our therapist, Caroline McKenna’s fingertips. Adding trigger points to a massage improves the results exponentially. A firmer style which penetrates the deeper layers of muscle. In doing so, your tight contracted muscles are relaxed and your musculoskeletal problems or specific injuries can be successfully treated. Incorporated into the treatment is a technique called Trigger Point Therapy. This process uses applied pressure to specific points on a muscle to diminish tension and/or pain referral patterns. The result is immediate relief of your symptoms.

What makes Caroline stand out from the crowd is that she also trained in Maternity Reflexology so she can help you with Morning Sickness, fatigue, re-flux, and mood swings too.
- Aches and pains in back and hips
- Leg discomfort and swelling
I saw Caroline on a weekly basis throughout my second and third trimester for Reflexology and Massage. The treatments kept me feeling wonderful, relaxed, energized, and helped with sleeping in the last few months. I suffered from painful Sciatica during the last trimester and Caroline’s treatment eased the pain greatly. I would highly recommend Reflexology and Massage during pregnancy.
Caroline was also present for labour and delivery, performing Reflexology and Massage to speed up labour and ease the painful contractions. She was a wonderful calming presence and I had the most wonderful delivery experience I could have ever imagined. The whole process was under six hours and I attribute much of the success to Caroline’s involvement. My husband also appreciated the extra support.
