Hi, I’m Caroline from ReachHealth, and I’m here to show you how to relieve stress from your shoulders. It’s a common area we all call tension, and I’m going to be showing you some tapping which is a mind-body technique which closes stress from your brain, as well as your from your body, your whole nervous system that leaves you feeling instantly better. So I’ve got Boaz here to help me today. So Boaz if you could tune in to your shoulders and you could rate from 0 to 10, 0 being no tension and 10 being high tension what number would be you be at the moment? I’d say, so the right shoulder’s probably a 7 or 8, and that one’s 5 or 6. Yup. Okay great, great. Alright. So there’s various tapping points you’ll see me do, it’s a sequence that works for any condition so we’ll start straight away.
So this side of the hand. Even though I have this pain and tension in my shoulders, I deeply and completely accept myself anyway. Top of the head. This tension in my shoulders. Eyebrow point. Holding my head, neck and shoulders rigidly. Carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. Viewing life as a burden. Under the nose. Seeing life’s circumstances as burden. Chin point. The belief that life is a burden I have to carry. I now consciously choose to release these beliefs. Under the arm. Letting go of the muscle tension in my shoulders. Under the ribs. Becoming conscious when I’m holding my shoulders up. Allowing my shoulders to relax. Letting go of this feeling that I’m stressed and that I’m not safe. This pain and tension in my shoulders, I’m letting it go now. This inflexibility in how I hold my head, aligning myself now. The worrying about others, because I think worrying is caring. Beginning to recognize that it doesn’t help me or them. To take on their issues as a burden to myself. It’s safe to let go and trust. That people I love have the answers inside of them. I don’t have to hold my head rigidly. I don’t have to pull my shoulders up by my ears. I can choose flexibility. I can explore fluidity in my movement, in my breathing, in my thinking, in my beliefs. I allow my head to love in different directions. I choose peace. I carry out my life experiences joyfully. I choose how I view certain circumstances of my life, in an impairing way. I choose to see my life differently today. I choose to let go of any restriction in my muscles. I choose to receive support. I choose to experience calm in the mind and body. Deep breath in, and out.
Just tuning in to your shoulders now Boaz how does it feel now in a scale of 0 to 10? Like, I can’t feel the left shoulder. The right is like, 2 or 3. Brilliant. Great. So you can see from just a few minutes of focusing on that, the effect it can have. A full session is an hour and half so you can imagine how much deeper you can go. But you can use this video, just tap along and let me know how you go with the tension in your shoulders. Thank you. Thanks, Caroline.
