Tennis elbow and Golfer’s elbow each have at least 3 causes. So many practitioners only look at one cause. It makes sense to check them all, doesn’t it? That way you can get the right treatment, and be out of pain much sooner.

Hi everyone. Tom from ReachHealth here. Today is all about the upper limb and what I want to talk about is golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow. Now, for this condition, most people assume that it’s the tendons of the elbow that are causing that pain. But more often than not, we find that it’s not the true cause of your pain. What we find here is they are the muscles elsewhere that can cause that pain. So we have the pronator teres and the supinator, which help aid in the twisting of the elbow, and sometimes that can cause that irritation on the elbow. Another area that people to neglect looking at is the finger muscles. So our finger muscles here and there, they can refer that pain all the way, up and down into that elbow. So I hope that this video helps give you a better understanding of this condition, and if you want longer, lasting results for this pain, then do contact us. Thank you.
